My interest areas

  • Breaking free from diet cycles

  • Working through disordered eating and/or obsessive exercise patterns

  • Supporting every-day & general nutrition goals in a sustainable and individualised way

  • Working through body-image challenges

  • Fuelling sporting performance

  • Fuelling your everyday activities

  • Creating positive and sustainable nutrition habits

Through having my own lived experience...

I want to be a dietitian who stands in the way of this happening to anyone else. Because coming back from an experience such as this I now see the value in appropriate fuelling and supporting our mindset around food and our bodies. Flipping this switch has provided me with benefits relating to increased performance as well as improvements in physical and mental wellbeing and simply overall quality of life.
